Quality Control

When we first got into the Japanese mini truck business, we used to try to buy from various auction houses, but quickly learned that we were getting too many nasty little surprises in our containers.  We had to go where no man has boldly gone before.

The quality control process had to begin in the selection stage, not at the reconditioning stage.  We were tired of “ shooting darts at the dartboard”, trying to hit a good vehicle now and then. We wanted bulls-eyes every time, so we worked to get to a point where every vehicle was selected to a list of pre-determined quality control specifications.

"No one has a better quality control process, and no company can offer better selected vehicles."

To achieve this, we either had to be there ourselves, or have someone dedicated to that process.  That led us to our current stage, where each Japanese mini truck vehicle is at the point when it is loaded that we know everything that will have to be done to meet the various certifications throughout the country.

No one has a better quality control process, and no company can offer better selected vehicles. Quality  has been the main reason for our huge growth across Canada and into the U.S.  We have an auto body and paint booth right at the loading site. Whatever is needed, or specified by the customer, is done by qualified repairmen, subject to final quality inspection, then loaded and  on it’s way.

To us, price is important too.  So we offer a better a better vehicle and a better deal.

I’ve learned in business, that in the long haul, the customer will be way more satisfied with a quality product at a fair price, than a “great deal” on poor product.
